Trainee – Accounts Payable & Procurement

UNIQA Group Bulgaria branch is a software development company part of UNIQA IT Services GmbH (AT). We are specialized in building enterprise applications for the insurance companies within UNIQA Group (AT).

We are looking for a Trainee – Accounts Payable & Procurement

Main responsibilities:

• Assist the local business units during Purchase Requisition, Order Creation & Invoice upload
• Assist with booking and monitoring invoices and accruals under supervision
• Support in monitoring/resolving invoice & order exceptions
• Assist in drafting desktop procedures and user manuals
• Learn to provide professional support for stakeholders and team members
• Support the local business units with creation of expense reports in Concur
• Provide customer support and assist in training users on how to create travel requests and expense reports under supervision

Reporting line:

• Shared Service Center Group Lead and Application Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accounting
• Good communication skills
• Basic stakeholder interaction skills
• English level B2
• Knowledge of SAP, ARIBA, or Concur will be considered an advantage
