Power BI Developer

UNIQA Software-Service Bulgaria is a software development company. Working closely with UNIQA IT Services GmbH we are specialized in building enterprise applications for the insurance companies within UNIQA Group.

We are currently looking for Power BI Developer to join our growing team.

This is what awaits you:

• Support of the Value Trains as well as their project business and implementations in transformation of all business requirements into definitions for the scope of services, timelines, hours of operation, recovery aspects and service performance.
• Supports the Design, Definition, Refinement and Negotiation of SLAs and OLAs with Value Trains, ensuring business requirements are met as well as designed services and negotiated SLAs get an agreement from all parties and roles involved.
• Supports architecture in a continuously driven gap analysis of business requirements and service scope, continuity, performance and availability in order to enrichen the already existing Service Portfolio towards a Collaborative Service Matrix.
• Shares a common understanding about service methodology with our Value trains about how services are shaped, stakeholder analysis and what risk needs to be managed by whom in the service delivered to our business.
• As part of our PROVIsion platform team, you will also manage:
  • To provide a 360 degree view on service consumption and other aspects with PROVIsion (a tool based on Power BI) and automated data import and manage the tool as a platform as well as their dependencies to tools operated by other departments and our service providers.
  • To align with the Value Trains on additional SIAM (Service Integration and Management) and TPRMaaS (Third Party Risk Management as a Service) aspects and integrates them into PROVIsion.
  • To align with Value Trains on Reports about Application Health Status and integrates this kind of views with appropriate data aggregation of monitoring results for e.g. SLA into PROVIsion.
  • To align with Value Trains on appropriate Reviews of measurement results for Application Health Status and Risks to be mitigated with appropriate data aggregation into PROVIsion.

We expect:

• Intermediate market knowledge of IT (Hardware, Software, Maintenance, Telecom and Services)
• At least 3 years of experience in Service Management
• Intermediate knowledge of service design, risk management, supply chain management and techniques
• Intermediate knowledge of e-procurement, information management and data processing systems
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, data aggregation, data models and data import via e.g. Phyton scripts
• Ideally ITIL 4 Specialist – Monitor, Support & Fulfil as well as SIAM Foundation certified.
• Good command of written and spoken English and German
• At least 3 years of professional experience in contract management (in IT/TK or project business)
• Ability to work in a team, confident demeanor, negotiation skills, assertiveness.
• Proficient in German and English
