Polish speaking Accounting & Procurement Agent (Junior)

UNIQA Software-Service Bulgaria is looking for Junior Accounting & Procurement Agent to join our Shared Service Center team.

Target of the role:

Supporting business units in the area of Procure2Pay and Supplier Management

Supporting business units in the daily work with SAP ARIBA and preparation of reports

Responsibilities:

Procure2Pay
–        Supporting the local business units during Purchase Requisition, Order Creation & Invoice Reconciliations
–        Assign, Book & Monitor Invoices
–        Monitor/Resolve Invoice & Order Exceptions
–        Quality Check of Contracts concluded by the regional and group procurement functions
–        Secure Contract Compliance during ordering & invoice reconciliation
–        Validate Savings Reports provided by the regional strategic buyers

Supplier-Management
–        Supplier Creation and Onboarding
–        Monitor Supplier Lifecycle
–        Qualify & Classify Suppliers together with regional & group category managers
–        Monitor Supplier Risks & Surveys

SAP ARIBA Support & Reporting
–        Act as Support for Business Units, Procurement, Finance & the external Suppliers
–        Optimize the existing workflows together with the SAP ARIBA Experts
–        Preparation of different reports related to SAP ARIBA

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Polish (both spoken and written).
• Willingness to learn and natural interest in the area of Procurement and Accounting
• Accounting and procurement knowledge will be considered as an asset.
