IT Infrastructure & Operations Support Engineer

UNIQA Software-Service Bulgaria is a software development company. Working closely with UNIQA IT Services GmbH we are specialized in building enterprise applications for the insurance companies within UNIQA Group. Join our global IT team, where you’ll maintain and support essential infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure operations for internal and external users.

Your responsibilities include:

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee operating systems, applications, security tools, servers, laptops, desktops, and more.
• Technical Support: Provide support for VDI, VOIP, mobile devices, and other hardware, assisting the help desk and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Reliability & Security: Ensure system availability, performance, and security in client environments, resolving issues per documented protocols.
• Project Participation: Support the implementation of MS365 and other infrastructure projects.
• Incident Management: Independently manage incidents and service requests, contributing to our IT knowledge base.

Qualifications

• OS & Software Expertise: Strong Linux, BSD, Windows (Server 2012–2016, Win 10, 11) knowledge.
• Networking & Citrix Skills: Proficient in Ethernet, TCP/IP, VPN (IPsec, SSL), and Citrix environments, including FSLogix and Citrix Profile Management.
• Support Tools: Experience with Endpoint Manager, Ivanti UEM, Jamf, SCCM, Ansible, Puppet, Intune, and PowerShell scripting.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical skills, a collaborative approach, German language: A2 (reading), speaking not required, English language: B1 minimum

Preferred

• German Language: A plus but not required.
• Additional: Familiarity with Group Policies and Citrix-specific policies.
