What Тo Еxpect:

• You manage the requirements of Governance, Risk Management, Compliance and Assessments within the Security Team
• You lead and develop a team of experts to drive change in the organization
• You manage the programs of IT Security and set the standards for the project managers
• You create and maintain the steering and reporting methodology of all Security initiatives in terms of value, progress, risks and budgets
• You assess security status and create roadmaps to ensure adequate levels of security and risk
• You establish and maintain the relation of the Security Team and its key stakeholders inside and outside of UITS
• You act as the Release Train Engineer of the Security Value Train (‎SAFe®)

We expect:

• You have excellent communication and presentation skills to moderate complex topics with a multitude of stakeholders and resolve conflicts
• You understand the complex technical environments on enterprise level especially from a security perspective
• You have a master’s degree in IT, especially in IT Security or equivalent
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Security management
• Fluent at least in English, German and any other language of our Enterprise is beneficial
