Cloud/DevOps Engineer

In this position, you will set up and maintain the technical environment of our digital products and services. You will be part of our agile DevOps team developing Infrastructure as Code, testing, deploying and operating our systems, help automating and streamline our operations and processes, build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, operations, as well as troubleshooting issues in all our environments.

Your main responsibilities:

• Maintenance and technical development public cloud (Azure, AWS)  and private cloud (RedHat OpenShift) infrastructure services
• Development of infrastructure as code (IaC) & design infrastructure blueprints
• Development of IaC CI/CD pipelines
• Development and deployment of cloud projects including, build configs, deployment configs, routes, container images, services, secrets, storage, network
• Change, configuration, incident & problem management in context of an agile cloud setup
• Delivering input & metrics for SLA & Service Management (reports, improvements)
• Suggesting platform improvements, recommending process improvements
• Evaluate new technology options and vendor products
• Develop, improve and maintain monitoring solutions for developer teams
• Develop and maintain technical cloud service catalogs ( self service catalog )  for development teams
• Develop and maintain access management for development teams

Your qualification: 

• Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration primary in Azure
• Expert knowledge and experience with Linux container technologies
• Solid understanding of Linux based networking, common network protocols and services
• Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services
• Experience with container platforms (Azure,Openshift, AWS) in production environment
• Solid experience as a DevOps Engineer in a 24×7 availability context, including automation & configuration management
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure, platform and application incidents
• Familiar with agile methodologies (DevSecOps, Kanban, Scrum)
• Infrastructure provisioning with Hashicorp Terraform for Azure, AWS, OpenShift, VMWare
• Knowledge of YAML, JSON, TOML in combination with API based provisioning and automation
• Experienced with Git based workflows & artefact repositories (JFrog Artifactory)
• Scripting & automation skills (bash, python, ansible)
• Development of Jenkins pipelines using Maven, Gradle, npm & groovy
• Good understanding of Security standards & practices (TLS, certificates, encryption, IAM)
• Experienced usage of system monitoring/logging/metrics & creation of dashboards
