Target of the role:
• Working from day one in the project team of the group-wide ARIBA source2pay platform implementation together with the implementation partner and the work stream leads
• After the successful implementation project, you will manage ARIBA source2pay platform during the “run phase” and try to continuously improve
Responsibilities:
• ARIBA Application Expert
– Configuration & Administration of the group-wide ARIBA Source2Pay Platform with special focus on P2P & Guided Buying
– Manage the Optimization Backlog (e.g., Onboarding Suppliers for electronic document exchange)
– Manage Incidents together with IT and external partners
– Support Suppliers and Business Units regarding technical & functional issues (2nd Level Support)
– Building a knowledge base and training material for the users and internal agents
– Release Management of SAP ARIBA
• Optimization & Automatization
– Leverage ARIBA Guided Buying (Self-Services), SAP Business Networks, etc. automatize painful manual tasks
– Process Automatization & Optimization together with the Shared Service Center Agents
– Create Reports and Dashboards
– Configure ARIBA Template and Processes
– Request & Manage Optimizations at IT or external Partners
– Test Changes in ARIBA, S/4 HANA, etc.
– Leverage Electronic Transaction Management
Requirements:
• Deep ARIBA P2P Knowledge (incl. Guided Buying, Invoice Reconciliation, Tax Mapping, CEME File, ICS, etc.) and S/4 Hana Know How is mandatory
• Technical Know How of Advanced Payments, Asset Workbench, Withholding Tax, etc. in ARIBA & S/4 is an asset
• An additional language beside the local language and English is an asset
