UNIQA Software-Service Bulgaria is a software development part of UNIQA IT Services GmbH (Austria) and is also operating the finance & procurement shared service center.

For the procurement transformation we are looking for Ariba Application Expert to support especially the Supplier-Lifecycle, Risk & Performance-Management implementation and maintenance.

Target of the role:

  • Working from day one in multiple projects as Ariba Application Expert (e.g. DORA, CSDDD, group-wide source2pay platform, Third-Party Risk-Management, etc.)
  • Together with the Procurement Process Owner, the GRC-Functions (Security, Risk, Compliance, GDPR, etc.), the IT department and external partners you’re in charge of designing & developing future solution in Procurement & Supplier-Lifecycle-Management
  • After the successful implementation, you will maintain & continuously improve the applications in an agile environment.

Responsibilities: 

ARIBA & Business Network Application Expert

  • Configuration, Administration & Maintenance of the group-wide SAP ARIBA SLP, ARIBA Risk & Business Network Platform
  • Support Integration Projects (e.g. via API) together with the ESB Team or other relevant Value Trains
  • Align Demands with IT-Architecture & the Process Owners
  • Fix Defects & Incidents
  • Support Business Units regarding technical & functional issues (2nd Level Support)
  • Building a knowledge base and training material for the users
  • Configuring and providing reports
  • Quality assurance (e.g. 3rd party register DORA)
  • Release Management
  • System Monitoring
  • Leverage Power Platform, PowerBI, PEGA RPA, SAP BTB or other Technologies to further automatize manual processes.

Optimization & Automatization

  • Leverage Automatization and Self-Services to optimize painful manual tasks
  • Process Automatization & Optimization together with the Shared Service Center
  • Create Reports & Dashboards
  • Configure Processes
  • Request & Manage Optimizations at other internal/external partners
  • Test Changes in ARIBA, S/4, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, etc.
  • Leverage Business Network

Requirements:

  • Technical Understanding of APIs, CIG, Integrations, etc. required
  • Deep SAP ARIBA and Business Network Knowledge
  • An additional UNIQA Group language beside Bulgarian and English is an asset
