What To Expect:

• You manage the requirements of Identity & Access Management within the Security Team
• As the Release Train Engineer (RTE) you create and maintain the steering and reporting methodology of all tasks in a common backlog using the SAFe framework for development and operations
• You manage the budget of the team and establish a regular reporting on the situation
• You establish and maintain the relation of the team and its key stakeholders inside and outside of UITS

We expect:

• You have excellent communication and presentation skills to moderate complex topics with a multitude of stakeholders and resolve conflicts
• You understand the complex technical environments on enterprise level especially from a security perspective
• You have a Degree in IT or similar qualification
• You have experience with the implemented toolset (1 IM, Ping, Nexis, AD, LDAP)
• You have experience with developing and operating critical systems on enterprise level
• You are fluent in English; any other languages (German or those of our core businesses) are beneficial
